How to Use

Step 1. Wash and dry skin – keep free of any product 

Step 2. Peel the thin plastic film off the Silicone Pad

Step 3. Apply adhesive side down to the skin while you sleep or for a minimum of two hours

Step 4. Peel off and place adhesive side down on the packaging, storing for your next use!
